Dr. Naomi Tabak is a licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist (PSY26153) with years of experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and major mental illness. Dr. Tabak received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Miami in 2012 and completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship in the Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System and University of California, San Diego. She then received additional advanced training through a clinical post-doctoral fellowship in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery at the San Diego VA and a research post-doctoral fellowship at UCLA. From 2016-2022, Dr. Tabak served as director of the SMU Psychology Clinic and Co-Director of Clinical Training for the doctoral program in clinical psychology in Dallas, Texas. In 2022, she moved back to Southern California, where she works in the Department of Psychological Science at UC, Irvine.
